Claimant Profiling
Analysis is focused on publicly available material outlining the social media profile and activities of an individual. Used as either a pre-cursor to surveillance operations or as a standalone investigation, our objective is to raise questions and give answers, ensuring that we provide a deep understanding of the claimant, their current circumstances and insight to lifestyle.
Tracing
Experienced research investigators will conduct in-depth targeted investigations through desktop, telephonic and physical ground enquiries to deliver a consistent high success ratio of address confirmation based on established and successful locate protocols.
New cases can be submitted through SERQA’s secure client portal or by any other means preferred. One of our experienced case managers will be assigned and establish an effective single point of communication with the client. The case manager will ensure that our intelligence profiling and field activities are deployed in a way to meet the case needs and client expectations.
Deep Internet Searches
SERQA has developed a search methodology that uncovers legally accessible information which is typically missed by an inexperienced eye. Search engines allow for simultaneous utilisation of multiple major internet searches and meta-search engines. These searches optimise the various target points to produce cross checked results. Our researchers go beyond initial results to reveal legally available archival information that is not available to extract using standard search algorithms. Additionally, our access to an array of subscription data bases further enhances our ability to capture relevant information that is not available through public open-source searches.
