To achieve this, open-source intelligence profiling is a formal process of every assignment, conducted by our dedicated intelligence research team. This intelligence-led process ensures that an effective action plan is developed before field deployment and appropriate timing of surveillance is set, often including evenings and weekend days.
Only the best surveillance personnel, with a proven track record for expertise in their field and an unblemished reputation for compliance and integrity, are invited to join our permanent PAYE team. Surveillance personnel must achieve the IQ level 3 Professional Investigators qualification, successfully pass BS7858 five-year screening, and operate in compliance with BS102000 and the ABI Investigator Code of Practice.
New cases can be submitted through SERQA’s secure client portal or by any other means preferred. One of our experienced case managers will be assigned and establish an effective single point of communication with the client. The case manager will ensure that our intelligence profiling and field activities are deployed in a way to meet the case needs and client expectations.
